I canceled quickly, and it was easier than I thought it would be. I kept thinking maybe I was missing a step or something, but nope, it was straightforward and no fuss...

I’ve been happy with how easy it is to change the subscription. Just recently we were out of town for a few days, and I skipped that week without any hassle, so that’s probably fresh in my mind as a big plus.

We also had family visiting not long ago and I added extra milk, which worked out fine. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because some delivery changes still need a little advance planning, but overall it’s been way easier than other services I’ve used.

I wanted to like it, but for some reason I just couldn’t get past the price. It didn’t feel worth it to me for what you get.

Well... I was happy with this milk. It tastes fresh, the quality seems good, and I don’t have any complaints.

We’ve been getting deliveries from Royal Crest Dairy for a while now, our driver has been great every single time. Like, weirdly dependable in a world where everything else seems to show up late or broken.

He’s always on time, super quiet in the morning, and puts everything right where it’s supposed to go. If I forget to change the order, which definitely happens because apparently I can’t manage a simple milk delivery sometimes, he just handles it without making it awkward or turning it into a whole thing.

It’s a simple service, but it makes mornings easier, and I really appreciate that. Not exactly life-changing, but also kind of the best part of the week in a very boring adult way. 5 stars from me.

I had a question about my delivery and wish I hadn’t waited to contact them. They got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the small issue without a bunch of back and forth. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but the customer service was solid overall. I’d use them again.

The packaging was nice and everything arrived in good shape. Returning the bottles was super easy too, which I really appreciated. The instructions could maybe be a tiny bit clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience

I love how convenient the delivery is, buuut the timing isn’t always super accurate. It’s handy for sure, just not always the smoothest experience.

My milk has been arriving on time every week, and I haven’t had to chase anyone about it so far. That’s exactly what you want, isn’t it?

I've been happy with Royal Crest Dairy so far. They actually have more stuff than I expected, milk, eggs, juice, snacks, and even some local items too. I do kinda wish there were a few more flavor options, but overall it’s Easy to find what we need and it’s been really convenient

I was happy with this milk. It tasted super fresh, and you can tell right away it’s good quality. Definitely a solid buy in my opinion.

The milk and other items have been fine, so no real complaints there. My issue is the billing. I’ve had more than one invoice come through wrong, including charges for things I never received, and one credit took way longer than I expected to show up.

Customer service did help fix part of it after I called, but I don’t love feeling like I have to carefully audit every bill just to avoid paying extra. It’s not a terrible company, but billing mistakes make me hesitant to fully trust the service until they tighten that up...

Placing orders has been easy for me so far. Making changes can take a little while sometimes, but overall it seems to work fine.
